Thank you for welcome me to join the club. Actually i accidentally come to the club some time ago, and i must confess that i am not yet familiar with the forum and most of the time lost my way.. anyway i will slowly get to know and hopefully by making less mistake...
To begin with i was once in MIRi for 4 months in the year 1995, did my post basic in primary health care, i really enjoyed my time there and till today i still tell my colleague about MIRI...

| accidently?hehehe... We all still learning about all these stuff ( forum ).one day i hope i can have my post basic same like u ( primary health care ).
Hope u will familiar with our language that we using in here,but if u dont understand u can ask any members in here coz we'all very helpfull and friendly.

| Hi, selamat bertugas semua, i forgot my username and password for a while, bcos i have too many username.. this time i redo and write down my identity. actually i found that i spend alot of time in front of PC ever since using internet.. and i had this frozen shoulder which othopedic doctor can't do much except sending me to physio and some analgesic.. after months of pain now i felt better.. and i also start to exercise my arm, i have a pinpong table and play it few times aday. each for about 10 min. | |
