ditanah semenanjung, setiap negeri sebuah kk (jabatan pesakit luar) kalau di johor, jpl mahmoodiah johor bahru. jpl ini bermula jam 7.30am dan tutup 9.30pm setiap hari kecuali hari ahad. tujuan adalah untuk mengatasi kesesakan kerana terlalu ramai pesakit mengambil rawatan di kk setiap hari.
